The Shop will be OPEN today Sunday 7th.

Darryll will be opening he shop at 11am. You can come out and watch the super bowl, nascar or whatever :) (Glitch we turned on speed, so we have like 7,000 channels along with it). 

Track will be open for practice!! Come buy some of our fresh new inventory ;-D

THANK YOU ALL FOR COMING OUT!!

We had a great turn out, the racers were very patient with us as we worked through some Jlap issues. Me and that Jlap support guy are going to have a loooooong talk come Monday :).

1/10 and 1/12 scale was off the meter! We had some close racing and Scooby laid down some crazy laps pushing the limit and carving the track like it was a Thanksgiving turkey.

Aja was the car to beat in 1/10 scale, it was pink  .... but fast hahha! Nate and Steve came out of retirement with some solid showings in 1/10 foam. Ray was fast on rubber putting it me in the main!!

We gave away tons of prizes and tee and such, congrats to James for taking home the Dremel in the beat the house competition!

Tried my hand at annoucing and wasn't booe'd off the mic, at least not yet hahaha, so I may fill in until we find an announcer.

Things just keep getting better!! Another great weekend!!

We will be having our first 20th anniversary race and prizes and such this weekend. Pat's pizza will be bringing in pizza and there should be chicken and hot dogs again!

Work will begin on the outdoor track in a few weeks so there will be construction going on on the off-road track.

Ray hooked everything up, should all work under the "big" profile button at the top of the window now. Even the subscribe unsubscribe stuff. 

What a great weekend of racing!!! Our first Sunday openeing the track saw a couple guys make it out and a couple of new racers join us!! We will be open again 2 Sundays from now, check the calendar and try to make it out on Sunday if you can't make it out on Saturday!

So far all the rules changes have been going well. We finished up in good time on Saturday even considering the number of racers we had.

We appear to have been hit with a spam bot that created multiple accounts on the site, and used at least one of those accounts to create a forum post for russian mail order brides.  This is obviously a problem, so I added a reCAPTCHA field to the registration process to hold at bay some of the spambots.

Afterwards, I went through the user list and deleted users that appeared to be "fake" based on various factors.  However, I may have accidentally deleted legitimate users.  If you find your account no longer exists, please go through the registration process again... I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have issues with the registration process, please post on this thread on the rctech.net forums.  Again, apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey all, we were having issues with uploading avatars.  Simply put, the avatars required admin approval, which we didn't know about due to some software settings.  So, anyway, I changed the settings to allow avatar uploads without admin approval.  I also added a module that shows forum information in the general profile.

So, to upload your image, click on the Profile link in the top menu.  From there, Click on the Edit Tab.  A menu will drop down, select either "Upload Your Image" or "Update Your Image" (only one will exist, it depends on whether you tried to upload an image in the past).  Finally, upload your image using the standard form.

I tested this as a non-admin user, and it works fine, but if there are any further issues, please post to this thread in the forums.  I will take a look at it as soon as I can and get it resolved.
