A new forum category was created to help us prepare for the upcoming indoor carpet season.  Anyone that is interested in running this winter should consider visiting the category, reading the status of the prep work, offering suggestions, and most importantly, volunteering to help prepare the track.

Hello all, I'd like to announce our new hours:

I've gotten myself a new job and it's not very conducive to the 5pm thing on mondays, actually on Monday's I won't be able to be at the shop at all! Darryl will be opening.  

Practice:

You are permitted to use the tracks at any time but you will have to sign a disclaimer at some point stating that if you injure yourself with your car or whatever it's on you. We will have signage posted soon.

Electricity is still available outside in the front and rear of the building if we are a little late.

Battle of the Bowl Rain Re-Run (like What's Happening Re-run)

Will happen Saturday, September 18th!!!!

All previous entries for the original battle will race that day for FREEEEEEE...EEEEEEEE!! (Except short course :-d)

We will have the Plaques, and such ready, and tee's will be available for 10$.

The surprise of the weekend were the Short course racers. We thought they would be the exhibition class and turned out to be the main event! Who knew short course was so much fun on pavement!!

We would like to invite everyone out to our track to have a good time, BBQ and have a good time with us!

Start time is 11am, track will open at 8am, Friday practice starts at 4pm.

There will be more sponsors and we will be having an exhibition short course race on the asphalt on Sunday!!

We are looking forward to one of my favorite events over the past couple of years. Andy Rhodes has offered to help out and I'm trying to find the famous but elusive Mike Major to do the annoucing. If you have an RCtech account please help us out and repsond there.

We will be having Chaken, and my Mom has offered to send up Carribean food from Island Treats (Her Restauraunt) in Burlington New Jersey. We also have music planned!! Show up either on Sat or Sun or BOTH.

I've been in touch with the local paper adn they are trying to make it out as well! Plan to be at the 'Bowl for one of the best races of the summer.

For all the SHORT COURSE folks, there will be an exhibiton class JUST for your trucks!!! Entry fee is only 5$!!!!! Come on out and see what all this onroad hoopla is all about!
