Hello all, I wanted to take the time to give a very brief "State of the Union" as to where we are and where we are going and where we would like to be a year from now.
Important note, we are currently featuered on the UK's premeire RC site http://www.rcracer.com/ . We have quite a few more media outlets yet to carry the write up. So think about it, you are now international RC super stars!!! Rcracer has graciously given us direct linking capability to their expansive "how-to" section so keep an eye out for that in the near future.
Where we are:
We are currently a viable healthy business, with a resonably solid balance sheet. We have a tad bit of debt but we were responsible about it and the products are moving well. Our product line availability are deep but our actual inventory while good is still not where we would like it. We are in weekly talks to put what you as racers and hobbyists need in the shop. I'd really like to invite you all to submit your requests for inventory via the site or in person. Without this information we make decisions based on popularity at other sites, not the most effecient method but it's what we have. I'd invite you all to take a proactive role in helping us with this. If you find that we don't have something that you buy over and over, please let us know. Also please make us your FIRST stop when poking around we do try our best to meet or beat any price out there. One thing I would like to ask from you is that if we have a part for 3.99, and on the internet it's 3.50 buy it from us, that 50 cents is going towards the facilites you use. The other thing to keep in mind is the whole idea of "discounting" while you may feel like you are getting a deal becuse someone is giving you a 20% discount, look hard at what the starting price is, and look at our prices without any discounts, you'll find in most cases we are lower to start with even AFTER they've applied the disocunts. About the only place I can say that can beat us is Stormer, they move close to $400,000 in merchandise a month so they can offer things at a slightly lower cost than we can, we are normally equal or close to Ampdraw and we have A-main beat by a looooong shot. Help us hit those volume numbers and I give you my promise we will reduce our prices as our volume discounts get better! We are also adding brands almost weekly so if you want it odds are we can get it (if it's in stock at the distributor or manufacturer).
Our store hours fluctuate a little, as you all know Darryll, Nate and I have other jobs and we REALLY appreciate your patience with us when it comes to store hours. We understand that sometimes it can be frustrating when you can see the part you need throught the front door, but it's dark and locked! We are working on it trust me on that!
Our facilities have come along and we have new indoor tubing and more than 50 tons of dirt outside for the off road track. We have solid plans on the outdoor facilities and we are moving forward.
Food seems to be popular at our track but we are having an issue with how much we can offer for the 5$ and not have it be a liability to the shop and track funds. We will never stop having food, we will just have to find a more economical/fair way of doing it.

Hello all the shop will be closed today, Monday the 1st I'm recuperating, and so are Darryll and Nate after a great weekend of racing. I'll have the race report posted this evening and the photos are already online in the gallery (click the Gallery link above).
We will be open Wed. the 3rd.
The new article comment system allows you to comment on articles that are posted to the news sections. You can click on the article title above, and then at the bottom of the next page will be a list of comments or a link that allows you to post a comment. The comment then gets copied into the forums, so you can follow the discussion from the forums, too.
Give it a shot!

We appear to have been hit with a spam bot that created multiple accounts on the site, and used at least one of those accounts to create a forum post for russian mail order brides. This is obviously a problem, so I added a reCAPTCHA field to the registration process to hold at bay some of the spambots.
Afterwards, I went through the user list and deleted users that appeared to be "fake" based on various factors. However, I may have accidentally deleted legitimate users. If you find your account no longer exists, please go through the registration process again... I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have issues with the registration process, please post on this thread on the rctech.net forums. Again, apologize for the inconvenience.

I just got off the phone with Mylaps, the AMBrc Personal Transponder people. They do not have whole sale pricing, so ... essentially that means that we wont be stocking AMB transponders. They charge everyone the same price:
Rc3 personals (direct powered)
$110 each
5+ $100 each
20+ $95 each
You are welcome to order AMB's from them or if you find a deal I'd say jump on it.
I have an order in with MRT over in the UK but it's going to take a bunch of weeks
for that stuff to arrive. In the mean time I'd say if you can't wait troll ebay :).
BTW I asked like 19 times and the lady said they do not do "dealer" anything all
the prices are the same for everyone.
The Shop will be OPEN today Sunday 7th.
Darryll will be opening he shop at 11am. You can come out and watch the super bowl, nascar or whatever :) (Glitch we turned on speed, so we have like 7,000 channels along with it).
Track will be open for practice!! Come buy some of our fresh new inventory ;-D
Man what a night!!!
First an foremost
THANK YOU ALL FOR COMING OUT!!
Things just keep getting better!! Another great weekend!!
We will be having our first 20th anniversary race and prizes and such this weekend. Pat's pizza will be bringing in pizza and there should be chicken and hot dogs again!
Work will begin on the outdoor track in a few weeks so there will be construction going on on the off-road track.
