We are open for sunday racing we have a couple racers already here :).

Another great weekend of racing!

Remember this SUNDAY the 17th is the first Sunday of our racing program, please check the calendar for other Sunday race dates, we are thinking we are going to start of slowly with an every other week Sunday race program unless we get enough interest to run it every Sunday.So all you folks with work on Saturday you can make it out for our sunday program we start at 2pm doors open at 11am.

• Flappers are in and they work great!We are now looking at smoothing out some of our little undulations in the carpet but some racers thinks it adds character and a little challenge to your setup. I've setup a poll to the right we'd like you to vote.
• The TV made it in to the shop but time was a problem and I didn't get it all setup. I think we are going to take suggestions and move it back out to the pits, maybe in that first pit area near the store.
• New access point is in and running so now we have pleanty of wireless. One of the uses for the wireless may be to try out this new program from Jlaps. I need 3 volunteers to try this software out on their computers. It will track YOUR  performance from practice to practice, heat to heat, and main to main so you can see immediately what the chassis changes have done to your lap times. You can save and track and graph to your hearts content. If you'd like to volunteer (we can only do 3)please drop me a line in email and we will get started.
• The second monitor in the back is all setup and ready it will display only practice time and not the race entries as before. The machine up front is a little old and low on ram so it's taxing the snot out of it right now. I'm working on addressing that.
• We will be having our first clinic run this weekend at 3pm. I will be going over tire diameter. I'd also like some volunteers to help w/ clinics, i'd like to run one a weekend and have a vendor come in and show us how to use their products once a month. I have a couple cool ones lined up all the way through summer. Keep an eye on the calendar.
• Darryll's Beat the House promotion is going on until the end of January. Check the Beat the House thread for details. The prize is a brand new 120$ lithium ion Dremel kit. Come out and try to beat the house!!
• Mini-Z's will be coming to the Bowl for the first time on the 13th of March. We will have a slightly later start to our race day but we have some goodies for you guys that weekend too. Check the calendar for details!

Lastly I'd really like to thank you all for your continued support. With your help we can implement the final set of changes in the coming months to bring the Mushroom Bowl on par with some of the best tracks in the north east.
