Hmmmm.....Hooked up my new battery to my car and tried it out in my garage last night. It seems that my car is making a strange "clicking" sound when the wheels move. It seems to be coming from the front of the car....Any ideas?

See if you can reproduce the sound by spinning the wheels by hand and try to pinpoint the location of the noise. "Clicking" is going to produced by something coming in contact during rotation, so start by looking at the drive pins on the axles, make sure they don't protrude too far and are hitting another piece. One thing I have noticed that you need to be careful of is making sure that the hex drives behind the rims are making full contact with the wheels before you begin tightening the screw that hold the wheel on. There is a slight chance of the screw feeling tight even though the wheel and hex are not fully engaged.

I'm guessing one of the out drives? Hold one of the front tires and hit the gas...slowly... See if the sound goes away on one side...If it doesn't, look inside the diff somewhere.
